The Opportunity
We are looking for Enterprise Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our dynamic sales team in Dublin.
In this role, you’ll be on the frontline of Bounce’s growth, initiating meaningful conversations with senior decision makers, creating opportunities for our Account Executives, and helping shape how the world’s biggest brands leverage consumer insights.

What You’ll Do- Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and implement creative strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives to build a high-value pipeline
- Drive account expansion across US, UK, and European markets
- Collaborate across teams including Marketing, Product, and Leadership
- Build strong relationships to understand client challenges and position Bounce as the solution
- Master tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
- Organise multi-channel prospecting cadences, balancing personalisation and scale
- Track your activity and pipeline in HubSpot and consistently meet KPIs
- Learn advanced consultative sales techniques like SPIN selling
- Stay informed about market trends and the consumer insights landscape

- Background in business development, sales, market research, or elite sport
- Experience in a startup or high growth tech environment
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
- Strong prospecting, research, and account planning skills
